Easter market update

House prices in London and the south are dragging down average prices across the country but this mask big regional differences. 
While prices in England are higher than they were a decade ago before the Credit Crunch in Northern Ireland they are still 40% lower
House sales across the UK last month are almost exactly on the long-term average with 90k homes changing hands. In London however, sales are 43% below the average which is why you will find estate agents complaining more loudly than usual.
