With publication today of the latest Land Registry Index I can update the trends of prices and volumes – in many case back to 2003. This is raw data helpfully provided by Halifax, Land Registry, the Office for National Statistics, Rightmove and HMRC. Each has their own methodology, their samples are different so be careful what conclusions you draw.
