With publication today of the latest Land Registry house price index we can now see the very latest statistics on asking prices, sold prices, sale volumes and get an idea of what is selling. As always, these are averages which give some direction but do NOT pretend to be specific for each parish.
Data kindly published by HM Land Registry confirmed that in August the most expensive house sold last month was Number 15 Hillsleigh Road in Kensington for £22.57m. The cheapest was a flat in Canterbury Road Margate for £6750
