During the rumbustious debate today in the House of Commons on the Tory motion to scrap Home Information Packs, the shadow environment spokesman suggested that “the countries largest HiPs provider (Spicer Haart) has confirmed that they only have enough Domestic Energy Assessors to undertake 40% of their work”.
It remains to be seen whether this is typical of other HiP providers or just confined to HiPs.co.uk.
