The idea behind lonres.com was developed by William Carrington and Anthony Payne. Between them, they have over 40 years of agency and valuation experience in the Central London property market. In this time, many trends came and went, but they recognised the internet as a source of information, which was here to stay.
With this in mind, at the end of 1999 they devised a plan to take out and improve the process of all that was both repetitive and time consuming in the estate agency and valuation business. In 2001, the service was launched following many hard months of testing and learning about the new I.T. industry. The service, to this day, remains true to the guiding principle of the original concept in that using the site continues to be extremely easy and intuitive whilst ensuring that our subscribers are getting what they want, and not what they are told.
To this day, lonres.com remains the only system designed by property professionals for property professionals. There is no public access whatsoever.
